Duties of staff members (Faculty Seat): [Be better performer than technology – towards company, as having mind].

  1. Take the lectures                                                                                                               (Complete students syllabus timely so as +ve feedback from student)                                           & (Mock test from PBI Mobile app with seen result)                                                                       & (+ve Google Map review from student regarding feedback of teachers team)                            & (Timely class)                                                                                                                              & (Timely attend duty at office – Pankaj ji @ 9 to 6pm, Sofia ji 9 to 3 pm, Seema ji 8 to 2 pm)         & (No un-necessary gossip while performing official duties)                                                           & (Attendance of students)
  2. Teach students from PBI Books only is compulsory. Also teachers use PBI website as compulsory in class for daily current affairs lecture. Teachers may surely explain their extra knowledge on subject (but no other author book is to be used in class). Contrary is subject to fine of Rs 1000 each time.
  3. Make proper weekly Time-Table (with Faculty Name & topic name in math, reasoning, english, 15 days Current affairs – from Mon to Saturday) so as transparency about all batches (to be uploaded in PBI Mobile app)
  4. Fine of Rs 1000 if personal mobile no. shared with student in any manner.
  5. Appoint new staff (if needed as per vacancy) within 1 month notice time. [free training & then if test pass then to appoint – Vivek Bindra idea]
  6. Appoint proper Waterman, Sweeper & also pay them timely from the advance money (given by company to Sr Teacher Pankaj)

 

Duties of staff members (Counsellor Seat) (To be made Navratan for ROI): [Be better performer than technology – towards company, as having mind]. Nidhi rejoin wef 2nd Dec.

  1. Maintain Proper record of Fee (Pending fee within time period of 15 days)
  2. Do proper follow ups [50 follow ups calls maximum limit (recordable) (including JD) for HO & for Franchisee both] from the office number only. [ Director maintain proper register & also to bring in knowledge of Sr Teacher Pankaj once in every week ] to have 30+ joinings a month.
  3. Do proper counselling (along with Mobile App demonstration, Website Demonstration, Landing Page, Facebook Page like)
  4. HO & Franchisee related Training if counsellor needed which is subject to TEST finally
  5. New Jobs (may be from akhil ji) & even existing courses, to get enter in website and thereupon promote website url in (Instagram, FB, Whatsapp) on daily basis, which is subject to TEST – so complete it in my absence
  6. Free Seminar on current affairs (from 1 to 15 Nov.) to promote (via website url) in (Instagram, FB, Whatsapp) on daily basis, which is subject to TEST – so complete it in my absence
  7. No over personal gossiping (of any kind) during the job timings (which may seem to be objectionable to company).
  8. Timely attend duty timings at office of 9.30 am to 7 pm (Half day shall be cut if uninformed beyond 15 minutes)

Note: For Company / Head, it is correct as well as needful that company / head does important acts, with advice of highly knowledgeable & true-favourable employee.

Company / Head should not stuck in words of non-logical & selfish & excuse-ful employee.
